I know because I wasted time and money at DIY stores. When I started on my first outdoor shed project two Summers ago, I was too confident and cocky - I thought I had it all figured out. I found a free wood storage shed plan online and tried to decipher it.
I ended up buying all the wrong materials, took the wrong measurements and I didn't complete my shed until the first snowfall. I find myself doubled over, embarrassed & worned out after completion. Worse, it didn't make it through that winter!
